I am passionate about all aspects of health (wellness), the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual and love helping and educating people to take control of their life.
My goal is “to educate and thus empower people to take their health into their own hands.”
My Health Philosophies
I belive that the basics of good health and ‘feeling good’ are often lost in the turmoil of the fast pace of life today. Sunshine, exercise, healthy food, living water, and adequate rest are all essential to quality of life, but to get the balance can be difficult. Why is it that so many of us are suffering? Each person has individual needs. Do you know what your individual requirements are?
I can help you to find out exactly what your individual needs are in order to get you on the road to wellness, harmony and health.
Do you want to wake up feeling full of energy and enthusiasm for life? It is time for us to not accept illness as the norm, putting aches and pain down to ‘getting old’, and realise that with a little effort we can be healthy, and feel healthy.
How often do we hear the expression” well I guess I am just getting old “ as an excuse for accepting ill health. “Getting old” does not have to mean ill health and disease.
We “DON’T DETERIORATE BECAUSE WE ARE OLD” we “GROW OLD BECAUSE WE DETERIORATE”:

My Background
I trained as a radiation therapist, and have worked at Peter MacCallum Cancer Institute for many years, treating people with cancer, giving me extensive experience in the medical field. I have always being very active in the sports world, and soon realised the importance of nutrition, becoming passionate about the value of sunshine, fresh air, exercise, nutritious food, and good health.
I read everything I could lay my hands on about nutrition and health issues and I very soon realized that it’s imperative that we take responsibility for our health. We can not expect a doctor to wave a magic wand. We need to become actively involved in maintaining our own individual good health and wellbeing.
My reading soon lead me to organic and biodynamic food, resulting in the setting up an organic vegetarian catering business, and later an essential oils, essences, facial and hand cream business.
I was then on the way to becoming a Naturopath, and a Practitioner in Bowen Therapy.
I believe that illness is a sign or a gentle prod, that we need to slow down and take a look at ourselves. Serious disease can stop us in our tracks and open our eyes to the awareness that something in our lives needs to be addressed. We need not accept anything less than ‘wellness’ and if quality of life is our aim, we’re on the right track.
